By downloading, installing, or using the Arrivux mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arrivux is a mobile application designed to assist foreigners with various aspects of living in a new country, including but not limited to immigration information, healthcare guidance, banking assistance, and location-based services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Upload malicious software or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arrivux and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The information provided through the App is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrivux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
